Important Update: Discontinuation of Tixel 1 (Model # TXLD0002)

Dear Distributors,

We are writing to inform you that Novoxel LTD. will be discontinuing only the Tixel 1 system (model # TXLD0002) as of July 11, 2025. This decision was made after careful consideration of parts unavailability and significant improvements in safety, reliability, and functionality in our newer models of the Tixel family.

What This Means for You

• Final Availability: Only large handpieces (model # THLM0002) will remain available for purchase until December 31, 2025. Please remember that if a system should cease to function, then the lifespan of such handpiece will be impacted.
• Support Continuation: We will provide best efforts for customer support, which may include the use of refurbished or used parts.
• Alternative Options: If end users are looking for similar solutions, we recommend that you develop a trade-in of Tixel 1 systems toward our Tixel 2 system, which offers: o
  • New graphic user interface for instant selection of the settings you want
  • Faster warm-up and cool-down times
  • Faster disinfection time
  • Simultaneous attachment of 2 handpieces (2 large, 2 small, or 1 large and 1 small)
  • New Rapid Repeat mode for ergonomics and reduced procedure time
  • Larger touch-screen for easier operation
  • Improved fan for increased durability
